Updating this. After 2.60 update my FordPass didn't work for 2 days. I called the FordPass help desk and they tried to fix it. They said my car's modem was turned off and all the master resets and key cycles didn't fix it. They even made an appointment with my dealer. A few hours later, I started getting FordPass notifications again.

First 5 days everything worked seamlessly. The last two days my car has not updated it's status in FordPass at all. Checked Wi-Fi in the vehicle, modem serial number is present and icon indicates cell connection. Also checked with multiple accounts/phones. The vehicle just seemed to stop talking to fords servers two days ago.

It could lock and unlock the car (I did not have PaaK set up). It could remote start the car. If I scrolled down to refresh the app in the Vehicle tab, it did update the location of the car, the odometer, and distance to empty. However, this seemed lagged compared to the actual state of the car and didn't seem to work all the time.

Open the app, select "Vehicle Details", then touch the small "Press to Refresh" icon under the truck image. thanks but i don't see a "press to refresh" icon under the truck. I'd tap "Guides" and the "Contact a Guide" and ask them what you can do to get it to update.

Spent 9 hours this time, TCU replaced, but tech was having issues with the truck not updating even after contacting Ford "hotline." Eventually got the truck back with SiriusXM/hotspot/FordPass not working. I was told they're waiting for Ford "hotline" to give them another solution and that they'll call me back in.
